Aberdeen based emerging artist, Kettyles has recently released their new single; Sickness II. Combining pop and indie, the track explores their real-life experiences with a strong blend of heavy drums, strong guitar and unique vocals making it different from your usual style.
Sickness II is a re-release of their song ‘Sickness’ which was released earlier on in the year. Sickness II brings a different sound to the song, with a heavier beat than the original. The difference in sound brings a new perspective to the songs; with Sickness being calmer and more sorrowful and Sickness II being angrier with a rage to it.
Sickness II is a brilliant, catchy song; the beat will stay in your head all day. With the beat exploring raw emotion felt by the artist, you can listen and feel like you’re in their shoes. Kettyles is bringing a new style to pop-indie with their work. Sickness II being a re-release really helped capture every emotion felt by the emerging artist.
