Have you ever been so desperate to see a band that it feels like you somehow manifested the tour into existence — only to reach the final stage of buying tickets and be met with that soul-crushing SOLD OUT sign? That brief moment of devastation, followed by pure adrenaline when the venue gets upgraded and suddenly more tickets appear?
Yeah. That was me with Sleep Theory.
I first discovered the band through social media and was instantly hooked — the melodies, the vocals, the way their songs somehow hit both emotionally and sonically straight away. When their debut album Afterglow dropped, I didn’t stop talking about it. I told everyone to listen. Maybe it’s my fault tickets were gone so fast.
Now, Sleep Theory are finally bringing their explosive momentum overseas, announcing their first-ever EU and UK headline tour, and coming to Glasgow’s Galvanizers Yard on February 8, 2026. With support from The Pretty Wild, the tour will take in Manchester, Birmingham, London, and a full run across mainland Europe — marking a pivotal moment for one of modern rock’s most exciting new names.
Since breaking out with the megahit Stuck In My Head, Sleep Theory’s rise has been impossible to ignore.
This tour comes in support of Afterglow, released via Epitaph Records — an album that, for me, sits in very rare company. There are plenty of great records out there, but it’s genuinely hard to find one where every track feels essential. In the age of streaming, skipping has become second nature — but Afterglow is one of those albums you can play front to back, over and over, without touching the skip button. I can count those albums on one hand, and this is absolutely one of them.
Blending hard rock and metalcore with pop and R&B influences, Sleep Theory deliver towering hooks and emotional weight in equal measure. Frontman Cullen Moore’s voice — praised by the likes of Jelly Roll and Disturbed’s David Draiman — brings a timeless, soulful quality that elevates the band’s sound into something both modern and enduring.
Having already toured alongside Shinedown, Falling In Reverse, and Beartooth, this headline run feels like the natural next step — Sleep Theory stepping fully into their own spotlight. If the initial ticket rush is anything to go by, these shows won’t stay available for long.
So if you’ve ever refreshed a ticket page, cursed a sold-out banner, or felt that surge of relief when a venue upgrade saves the day — this is one tour you won’t want to miss. Sleep Theory’s moment is here, and Afterglow is about to hit even harder live.
