SWG3 Warehouse hosts alternative pop artist RORY alongside two incredible support acts.
RORY is the stage name of London based producer and singer-songwriter Roxanne Emery. She brings her popular alt-pop tracks to an upgraded venue, Glasgow’s SWG3 Warehouse on May 15th 2023. She is set to play popular songs like ‘Uncomplicated‘, ‘My Funeral Song‘, and ‘Psychological War‘. She will also play tracks from 2022 EP “Good Die Young” as well as newest single ‘Alternative‘ which has already collected over 76,000 streams in the short time it has been released. Accompanying her are South Arcade and Cameron Sanderson.
South Arcade are a four-piece alternative-rock band from Oxford. They currently have 5 released singles including ‘Danger‘, released in April of this year. This is the band’s third time playing in Glasgow with their previous two performances also being support slots. In 2022, they supported The Academic, also at SWG3. Earlier this year, they supported another alternative group, Yours Truly at the iconic King Tut’s. Their catchy yet unique tunes found them on Spotify playlists like “All New Rock” and “Shockwave“.
Calum Sanderson is a London born solo artist whose music also falls under the alt-pop category. He will bring his alternative but rock influenced tracks to life including those from his two most recent 2023 EPs, “The Airport” and “Mercedes“. Sanderson is also set to play popular songs like ‘The Trauma and The Pleasure‘. Like South Arcade, his music has also been featured on Spotify playlists including “Pop Punk’s Not Dead“.
