SINGLE REVIEW | THE NOVACS | PATCHIN’

Four-piece Indie Rock band The Novacs newest release “Patchin” is the boost we’ve all been needing.

The band showcase their rock ambitions through their catchy choruses, distorted bass lines and story-like vocals emitting Catfish and The Bottlemen vibes throughout this track. The track explains the difficulties someone endures when they are being ignored and the emotional attachment you can grow to someone.  This is highlighted through the lyrics: “I thought it through but I just can’t figure you out and I thought it through but I can’t resist phoning you now”.

The group have made appearances in West London’s leading underground club – Nottinghill Arts Club as well as Glasgow’s King Tuts.   At just 20 years old the group played the Seedling Stage at Belladrum last year, with their presence being well-received by a diverse audience.  This release is set to soar and I cannot wait to see the exciting things they have planned in the upcoming months.
