Scottish emerging rock outfit Moonlight Zoo have returned with the release of a retro-modern anthem called ‘Behind The Times’! The single follows up their widely acclaimed single ‘If Only’ and shows another side of the versatile outfit that has been releasing tune after tune and delivers on fantastic live shows.
The singles’ soundscape is driven by ferocious riffs and gorgeous harmonies, the modern production of the track gives it a smooth finish and makes it sound like our new summer anthem. It’s a pop rock powerhouse of a single, one that will be going down very well on the festival greens this summer. The band have already confirmed to be playing at Killin Music Festival and Tiree Music Festival, and are promising to be sharing more live dates soon!
The Dunfermline-born band are currently working on their debut album, with ‘Behind The Times’ being the second teaser of the album. They’ve already accustomed themselves with the UK’s underground live circuit and have been showered in praise for their ability to write grand anthems with beautiful harmonies and lyrics that are easy to sing along to! ‘Behind The Times’ is no exception and makes us even more excited for what is about to be released upon us!
