When did you join DM and what is your role?
I joined late 2022 as a writer and now help with the admin team mostly on social media.
What do you enjoy most about your role at DM?
The opportunity to listen to new music and learn more about the industry.
What experience has been the highlight of being part of DM?
Interviewing Ken McCluskey from the legendary 80’s pop band The Bluebells was a great experience!
What do you do outside DM?
I’m a Mum! A very busy Mum of 4 and a part time librarian. I love live music and writing so being part of DM seemed like a natural fit.
Favourite Scottish band?
Oh tough one!! So many but I’m gonna say The Fratelli’s (am I showing my age yet?)
Best venue in Scotland?
Barrowlands. No question about it. Something incredibly special about that building.
New upcoming band we must check out?
Again so so many but I’m gonna give my West Lothian favourites Dictator a big shout out.
