Returning to Glasgow on 17th February, Zara Larsson brings her ‘Venus’ tour to the O2 Academy. Glasgow is the second date of the tour, before she visits other cities in the UK, then onto Europe.
Rising to fame in 2012, with her single ‘Uncover’, the Swedish singer-songwriter has gained massive popularity in the UK since, with hits like ‘Lush Life’, and featuring on tracks with MNEK and Tinie Tempah. The artist performed at the same venue in 2017, so it will be amazing to see the evolution of her as a live act.
Larsson is embarking on the tour in support of her new highly-anticipated album ‘Venus’. After loving the already released songs, ‘Can’t Tame Her’, ‘End of Time’ and ‘On My Love’ with David Guetta, there is no doubt this album will be a hit.
Zara has an undeniably great stage presence and an infectious energy through her catchy, upbeat lyrics and her dance breakdowns and I’m sure the Scottish crowd will bring their famous enthusiasm to match. Glasgow will be in for a treat that night.
