Just over a year ago to the day the Irish post-punk band Fontaines D.C. played a sell out gig at the Barrowlands and are now coming back to the city for not one but two nights at Glasgow’s O2 Academy.

They’ve had quite the year, playing festival slots at Glastonbury to Primavera just to name a couple and, winning Best Band In The World at the NME Awards.

This much anticipated UK tour comes following their third album ‘Skinty Fia’ which was released early this year and featured tracks such as ‘Jackie Down the Line’, ‘I Love You’, and ‘Roman Holiday’. This was the band’s first album to reach number 1 in the UK albums chart and it’s no surprise why.

With three albums worth of unmatched material, you won’t want to miss this gig. Tickets can be purchased from here.

But be quick!
