SINGLE REVIEW | SHAMBOLICS | SHARP AS A RAZOR

Rocking Fife five-piece Shambolics have released a punchy new single in the form of “Sharp As A Razor”.

Having previously toured with the likes of legendary Dundee band The View, the band are looking forward to a stint of sold-out UK tour dates in autumn and a huge slot at the forthcoming TRNSMT festival.

“Your heads up in the clouds, you dream the days away”

The unbelievably catchy indie-rock tune will have you singing along after a few plays, it is only yet another anthem to be added to bands ever-growing discography. Their reputation goes beyond the border, gaining media praise nationwide and selling out venues in a blink of an eye.

Oozing with relatable lyrics and riotous guitar riffs, “Sharp As A Razor” is a song about “not caring what people think or say about you” , say the band themselves. The charismatic chorus is also in ode to ‘greatest of all time’ boxing legend Muhammed Ali as they took inspiration from his pre-right rhyme used before fighting Joe Frazier.

The unforgettable chorus and fiery guitar leads of ‘Sharp As A Razor” make for a crowd pleaser which will undoubtedly cause chaos within the masses at TRNSMT festival.
