I am a writer.

Outwith DM, what do you do?
I have my own blog, I study music business at Glasgow Kelvin College and I am a part time Subway Sandwich artist.
Why did you want to join DM?
It is a good opportunity to get myself out there and I love writing.
Who’s your favourite Scottish artists?
Declan Welsh and the Decadent West
Best gig you have been to?
The best gig I’ve been to is Rascalton’s EP launch in the Fred Paton Day Care Centre. Sweat was dripping off the walls from the start to finish!
Best venue in Scotland you have been to?
Barrowlands!
Favourite festival you have attended?
I have only been to TRNSMT and Summer Sessions, so I’ll have to say TRNSMT.
If you could create your own festival, who would be your 3 headliners?
The Clash, Lana Del Rey and Fleetwood Mac
What’s your favourite genre of music and why?
I have a really diverse music taste, but the last couple of years I have been leaning towards indie/ punk. I went to see bands like The 1975 at a young age, and listening to them opened me up to so many other bands that were even better, the first being Baby Strange.
How would you describe the Scottish music scene in 3 words?
Fresh, fast and f**king class!
What’s the best and worst thing about the Scottish Music scene?
Best thing- there is a lot of different genres.
Worst- can be intimidating because everyone seems to know each other.
