As part of Independent Venue Week, MF Tomlinson will bring his Winter Time Blues tour to Edinburgh’s Sneaky Pete’s music venue. On January 31st he will be joined by the MF’s and Scottish support act Adam Ross to perform in the Scottish capital. This will take place the day after he plays through in Glasgow as part of this year’s Celtic Connections at Broadcast.
The London based but Australian born artist has made a musical reputation for himself with easy listening tracks. In February 2023, he released a four-track album, “We Are Still Wild Horses” which produced popular tracks like ‘Winter Time Blues‘ which makes up the title of his tour. With haunting and addictive vocals throughout an ever growing discography, there is bound to be a song you enjoy and add to a playlist. With such captivating lyrics and tracks, it is so easy to be whirled into the whimsically intriguing world of MF Tomlinson’s music.
Joining him is Scottish artist Adam Ross. From the North East of Scotland, Adam Ross also lead the 8-piece band Randolph’s Leap. He is set to use this support slot to showcase his own talents, particularly with a setlist made up of original tracks. With his debut album, “Staring at Mountains” released in 2022, there will definitely be tracks you’ll enjoy.
