My first gig of 2026 and what a gig to start off with! Piling in from the ice cold weather outside King Tuts was filled with music lovers, familiar Glasgow music scene faces and people who were looking for a good time with loud music. The Count The Days headline saw quite a diverse line-up of the headliners, Comfort Girl, Dalmatic and The Noise Club, yet they all have one thing in common, they know how to grab the attention of everyone in the room.

First night of Hot Milk’s UK Autumn tour kicked off with a bang at Glasgow’s SWG3. Taking along US rap rockers Silly Goose who made their UK debut and the always amazing Cassyette this was clearly going to be a night to remember.

Another night watching bands at the King Tuts Summer Nights event and this time around I hadn’t heard of a single band on the bill before, however I came away with a few new favourites. With performances from headliners Ample House, Fir The Band, Eyes Of Home and Barranquismo, it was a stacked bill.
