Bradley Simpson, the frontman of The Vamps, performed as part of his first solo headline tour at the Glasgow Garage on November 12, 2024, to a lively sold-out crowd. Excitement was in the air as the garage doors opened, tickets were checked, and crowds of people poured in. Devoted fans had waited outside for hours to see Bradley, regardless of the freezing temperatures.
First up was Annika Bennett, a singer and songwriter from Los Angeles, she stole the show with a stunning opener of her 2023 single Madwoman. Her stunning voice and charming demeanour as she addressed the audience left them speechless.
Annika’s performance got everyone excited for the evening ahead. Additionally, a small group of people had the opportunity to meet her following her performance when she briefly stopped by the merchandise booth to take pictures and chat with fans.
After a brief interval to replenish drinks and sing along to some amazing in-between-act tunes, Bradley took the stage. Even if the prior performance had been outstanding, the number of screams increased noticeably as the lights went down and the opening of Bradley’s single “getting clear” started playing through the speakers.

Having been a long-time fan of The Vamps, I found it charming to witness Bradley interact with the crowd on stage, asking questions, laughing, and chatting. It was more memorable for Bradley and the audience because of the full-fledged Scotland chants including “No Scotland, No Party,” which emphasised his passion for Glasgow and how special the city is to him.
Bradley had the crowd on their feet singing and dancing all night to songs such as “Carpet Burn” “ Holy Grail” “ Daisies” and a cover of Chappell Ron’s “Hot to Go”.
Bradley will be back at Glasgow in May 2025 where he will be playing Glasgow’s SWG3 venue promoting his first solo album The Panic Years which is out on all streaming platforms February 2025. The Panic Years Tour will kick off in Dublin on 07/05/2025 and hit Glasgow on the 11th May.
I for one cannot wait for both The Panic Years Album and Tour and to see what Bradley brings to the Glasgow music scene next year. Tickets to Bradley’s Glasgow show in 2025 can be found below.
