Award winning American artist Billy Strings is due to be welcomed by a Glasgow crowd when he plays the O2 Academy on 18th November.
Billy Strings, formally William Lee Apostol, has gained a brilliant following across the globe, with popular releases such as ‘Dust in a Baggy’ and ‘The Great Divide’. Alongside growing an established following, Strings has won many awards for his work, including having been awarded Best Bluegrass Album at the GRAMMYS in 2021.
Bringing bluegrass to Glasgow on the penultimate show of the European leg of his tour, Billy has already been ripping it up across the continent. If the videos shared of his earlier shows are anything to go by, it is set to be a brilliant night of music.
