Indie rockers Fram released their brand new EP on the 18th of April. It’s their second EP and they didn’t disappoint.
The vocals featured throughout the entire EP are unique and captivating.
Beginning with the bands influences, the band says there are many. Some musical some spiritual and some just rock their world. The band said they are inspired by artists such as Sonic Youth, slint, Tim Buckley, Radiohead, the damned and more.

The song ‘This Time,’ is essentially about the idea of giving up not in the sense of standing still or going backwards, but in realising that it’s better to find a new path instead of continuing to struggle in a situation that isn’t working, It’s about recognising when to stop searching for the right tool to make a bad situation better and instead, choosing to stop digging a deeper hole. Sometimes, whether it’s a situation, relationship, or challenge we have to accept that it’s not right for us and can’t be fixed letting go and allowing things to fail can be the healthiest choice. There’s always a more productive way to channel our time, energy, emotions, and love nothing is truly finished. There’s always a new and better path for us to take, one that aligns with our strengths life can be full of unexpected wonders if we open our eyes to them.
The Scottish band packed this EP full of energy all four songs are unique and have an incredible sound. Some of the songs have more of an upbeat feeling and others have more of a calm and relaxed feel to them.
