Glaswegian four piece punk/rock band Poster Club have released their new single “Circuits” on the 20th of February 2025

Poster Club were signed by independent label Electric Honey Records, who have helped create well known artists such as Biffy Clyro and Snow Patrol. This single adds to the different genres attempted by Poster Club this time taking inspiration from Bloc Party, Sprints and the Cribs.

Not only does Konrad Stroak sing and play guitar in the band he also writes these catchy tunes. He is followed by Conor Richard’s on guitar, Gregor Cowan on bass and synthesiser and Euan Robertson on drums.

This song starts on a singular guitar and the rest of the band enter creating the punk rock beat which compliments Konrad’s vocals perfectly. This tune is about feeling out of place in a relationship where both people fall away from each other. The Chorus changes vibe becoming more passionate with the lyrics and stronger vocals showing raw emotion.

Singer Konrad states “ Circuits is actually one of our older songs, dating back to a phone recording from November 2018. We always knew it had potential but it took time for all the pieces to come together it’s really special to us now that we’ve finally nailed it”

Poster Club is definitely one to look out for and could be massive in the Scottish music scene. You can catch them in the Stereo on the 29th of May performing aside Sonny Leto, Static, Lil Bon!
