Kirkcaldy’s own Mosaics release a new single reminiscent of indie days in the 2010s. The five piece band hailing from Fife have played numerous venues around Scotland, including famous venue King Tuts Wah Wah Hut, and have recently headlined PJ Molloys in Dunfermline.
The newly titled track You’ve Got The Feeling That I Need opens with rhythmic bass and an addictive guitar riff which is sure to get stuck in your head. The fresh track is proving popular as it has amassed over 1000 streams in the week since its release. Vocals kick in with a combination of the aforementioned riff which creates a particularly curated indie sound, sure to have the crowd bustling in a live environment. The sound is a bit of a throwback to early 2000s indie, with bands such as Two Door Cinema Club, which we all know and love. Towards the end of the song we get a shower of that sweet melodic guitar and a shimmer of backing vocals which showcases the talent of Mosaics.
