Your favourite Lothian rockers Non-Applicable are back with their latest single ‘Said It All’.
I’ve said it before but there’s something to be said about the amount of energy that Non-Applicable are able to radiate through their songs, it is truly refreshing, and something to be appreciated and ‘Said It All’ is no different.
The song immediately has you in its grip as it starts off strong with the guitar and drums locking in to help create space for the vocals to come to the front.
Compared to the bands previous single, ‘Said It All’ has a sense of urgency to it that is amplified by the guitar and drums throughout the song with its sharp riffs and fills matching the urgency of the vocals.
Now as a bassist myself I may be just a little bit biased, but the bass bringing in the breakdown helps to rejuvenate the song and ensures that the listener is fully engaged as we reach the breaking point with the guitar coming in to help enforce this sense of urgency that has been developing throughout the song.
I think I can genuinely say that non-Applicable are quickly becoming one of my favourite bands within the Scottish music scene and are definitely one to watch out for.
With the energy and passion that is already so clear to hear through their songs, I imagine this will show even more so live.
