Indie/rock lads from Glasgow headline their very own ‘Big Night out’ with a thrilling set.
Quality Control kicked off the night, immediately grabbing attention with their unique take on The Idles’ ‘Well Done’. From the first guitar riff to the unexpected cowbell, their set instantly was instantly intriguing, a great set to start off the gig.

Next up was LJK, injecting the crowd with pure energy. Opening with their original track, one of my personal favourites of the set ‘Wherever,’ the band created a mesmerizing blend of drums, vocals, and guitar. They then moved onto an amazing cover of ‘Misses’ by Dominic Fike bringing the crowd into a singalong.
Fat Salami then took the stage, delivering a memorable rendition of Portishead’s ‘Glory Box.’ Their use of instruments like the saxophone created a unique and pleasing tune which left the crowd cheering, wanting more.

As the cheers echoed through the room, Dylan Winters and the Posterity took the stage by storm. Their setlist included songs like ‘Influencers,’ an unreleased track that exited the crowd, creating an incredible atmosphere. The energy then shifted as they slowed things down with ‘Songs About Girls’ one of my personal favorite of the set with heartfelt lyrics about a breakup that resonated deeply with the audience, who clapped along mesmorised. finally Dylan Winters and the Posterity closed the night with ‘Never In Love’ a high energy performance which ended with the lead singer Dylan entering the crowd, leading an engaging singalong. With amazing guitar riffs and powerful drumming in the background, they left the crowd buzzing, an unforgettable end to the ‘Big Night Out.
overall, this was a night i wont forget. from the amazing music to the energetic atmosphere all of the bands put on an tremendous gig.
